Assign Venue tags to your guests with SevenRooms
When using Fydelia's venue group mode, it's helpful to tag your guests with the specific venue where they signed into the Wi-Fi. This allows you to segment your customer data for more effective marketing and to understand which venues are performing best.

Repeat this step for each of your venues, for example,
Mayfair.
Note: You will need to repeat step 10 for every venue you wish to tag. Each venue should have its own unique tag.
Apply Tags in Your Fydelia Venue Settings
Once you've created your tags, you need to apply them to the correct venue settings within your Fydelia system.
Navigate to your specific venue's settings (Splash page SevenRooms widget on the legacy version).
Enter the corresponding tag. In the venue settings, make sure to enter the tag in the format
Venue:Sohofor the Soho location, andVenue:Mayfairfor the Mayfair location, and so on.
By following these steps, every guest who signs into Wi-Fi at a specific venue will automatically be tagged with that venue's name, making your marketing efforts much more targeted and effective.
