Half-day setup assistance

White-glove setup is billed as one half-day of engineer time. Continue only if you agree to that charge and the terms below.

Terms

White-glove setup is sold as one half-day of engineer time for a typical single-venue guest WiFi setup during normal working hours.
We reserve the right to quote for additional engineer time before continuing if the task takes substantially longer than half a day. You may decline the extra quote, in which case work stops at the booked half-day.
If we attend (on-site or remotely) and cannot complete the work because access, power, cabling, internet, or hardware is not ready as arranged, the half-day remains chargeable and a further visit may be quoted.
Extra venues, extra access points, extra SSIDs, VLAN or firewall redesign, or work on third-party systems that were not disclosed up front is out of scope and quoted separately.
Delays caused by ISPs, landlords, existing IT teams, or other vendors are outside our control. Waiting time may consume the booked half-day or be quoted as extra time.
If the live network differs materially from what was described, we may pause and quote additional time rather than absorb the extra work.
Out-of-hours, weekend, or additional travel beyond the booked window may be quoted separately.
We use reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee the setup will finish in half a day where any of the above apply. We are not responsible for pre-existing network faults, cabling, or hardware we did not supply.
